Just boil the water and add ginger and let it boil for around 10 minutes and then strain. Now, add the lemon juice and honey and mix well.

Your pain is ready to have a sip from this beverage and run away from you. Just drink two to three cups of this drink. Apart from reliving you from just joint pains, Ginger water has many other benefits.

5)      Hot and Cold Pack

Heat Therapy works by improving the blood circulation and its flow to a particular area due to increased temperature whereas cold therapy comes into action when the flow of blood need to be reduced in a particular area which help in reducing the inflammation and swelling.

Your muscles can be relaxed and swelling can be reduced by simple application of heat or cold pad. For the muscle pains and swelling you can try an ice pack directly on the needed area for about 20 minutes. Keep the area elevated if swelling is bad to reduce fluid retention.

6)      Modification in lifestyle

To change your life, you will have to change your habits.
